Adriano is putting a new band together so he is looking for musicians at the moment; get in touch if this is your cup of tea!

The LP is going to have funky edges and analog keyboard sounds with a spoon of 70s, 80s Pop cheese and a pinch of Psychedelic music & yes - a few slow song too! ...

Think Neil Finn-esque Melodies with a Mark Ronson arrangements e.g. Just (Radiohead) on Versions Album - combined with Air (Moon Safari) Keyboard sounds, nice harmonies, sometime unusual but groovy rhythms & definitely 70's Bass Lines but with more of a MODERN EDGE to it! .. ..

So the sonic outcome of the LP is NOT going to sound like Maroon 5 (which we don't like so much!) but maybe a bit more like Empire Of The Sun meets The Beatles meets Gorillaz meets Prince meets Daft Punk, although the main objective of SONiC DREAMiNG BOY is to create his own style! .. ..

The songs on this Soundcloud are not sonically what was described above - as they are purely home-made DEMOS and are arrangement-wise NOT realised yet!!
One has to consider that the above mentioned sound is the VISION of the project and that the new Band members will sonically achieve it!!! (if that makes sense) . .. ..

SONiC DREAMiNG BOY is an artist who has not been afraid in approaching people with his music. He once sneaked into the Oscars and was able to hand over a demo to Quentin Tarantino. He says: “Once my music is finished I believe I can move mountains with it, I guess that determination and belief was the reason why I managed to sneak into the Oscars, which – belief me - is not an easy thing to do!”

Adriano has moved to London from the German part of Switzerland; although he stresses that he is Italian. “I put everything, my guitar and music paraphernalia in my car and headed strait to London! I formed a band, gigged all over London and did a sound engineering course. .. ..

Adriano is writing ear-catching melodies with a distinctive tune that will stay with you for some time. “I try to write Songs when I'm inspired, cause I think inspiration is the most important thing in music! Maybe I'm cheesy - I guess it comes from my Italian roots, but I don't care - I am honest and it comes from my heart!” The style of music can be described as melodic, souly, funky-electronic pop with edges - the influences go from Prince to as far as Ennio Morricone! “I honestly can't just write in one style of music, that would be boring to me - I have an eclectic taste and I'm proud of it!” .. ..
